Return policy

Return policy:

1. You agree that after a successful payment you will not file any disputes or claims with the payment aggregators.

2. Refunds for orders are made only to the details from which the payment was received (bank card or e-wallet)

3. You can submit a request for a refund within 24 hours from the moment of ordering/balance replenishment

4. If suspicious or fraudulent activity occurs, your account may be blocked.

5. Refunds are possible upon user request to the site support service or by email game@l2essence.fun.

6. Refunds are made to the payment system selected by the user.

7. We are not responsible for the commission of payment aggregators, but we notify the user about possible commissions when withdrawing funds from the account.
